These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Processing Orders and Shipping

1.1 Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchasing, you are within your right to cancel your order within these 24 hours and would need to email info@lovewildrose.com.  After this 24 hour period, we are unable to accept cancellation of your order and will continue to dispatch accordingly. 

1.2  Handmade items will have a 7-14 day turn around time before being posted.  It will then be posted via your requested delivery method.  Handmade items are clearly noted on the production description section.  If you have ordered additional non-handmade items, they will be posted with any handmade items once completed so please expect the same turn around time.  Should you need the non-handmade items to be posted prior, please email info@lovewildrose.com where we will send you a link to pay for a second postage cost, as both items will be posted separately.

1.3  Although we try to dispatch our orders on time, there may be delays which are out of our control and we hold no responsibility for - ie bank holidays,  supplier delays in dispatching fabric and material,  courier delays, manufacturing delays.  Should any of the above occur, we will update you immediately.

1.4 In some instances, we may post your parcels in separate packages, you will be notified via email should this happen.

1.5 Due to limited stock, in rare occurrences we may mark some items are pre-order only, which can take an additional 10-12 days in processing and delivery time.  Such items will be clearly marked on the product description section for you to consider prior purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy.

1.6 Please note, all of our items are hand wash only.  We will not accept responsibility for items that have been machine washed or tumble dried. 

1.7 Please note, our handmade items are very fragile. We strongly recommend you handle each item with care, especially when opening our packaging -  We advise of this either by email, on the packaging and product descriptions.  We will not be held responsible for items that show evident wear and tear or heavy handling.

1.8 Please note we are unable to accept returns/refunds on handmade items.  Handmade items are clearly listed in the product description section and recommend you consider this policy before purchasing. 

1.9 Please note we are unable to accept returns/refunds on swimwear ie swimsuits, bikinis, bikini bottoms, bikini tops due to hygiene reasons.  These items are clearly listed in the product description section and recommend you consider this policy before purchasing. 

1.9.5 Please note we are unable to accept any form of return or refunds on any SALE items.  For clarity; anything in the Sale Category or marked down from RRP price. 

1.10 Should you have any issues with your purchase, please email info@lovewildrose.com, where we can try to assist you. Sections 1.8 - 1.9 apply under all circumstances however we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.  If an exchange is granted, we will send you our Returns Form for completion and must be enclosed with your item.  It will only be applicable up to 14 days after your item had been delivered.  Any exchange requests after the 14 day period will unfortunately not be granted.  Returns are made at your own cost and you will be responsible for postage costs when sending an item back.  We strongly recommend posting tracked or signed for as we are not responsible for lost items and will be unable to proceed with sending your replacement item.

1.11 In addition you will lose your right for an exchange / store credit if:

(a) hygiene labels or tags have been removed.

(b) Any trace of perfume, make up, tan, dirt or other stains are visible on the returned item.  We strongly recommend you try your items on with care.

(c) Your parcel gets lost if posted via an untraceable service, as we do not hold any responsibility for returned post.

(d) If there is any trace of noticeable force / forced wear and tear on damaged items.  We follow strict processes which can test whether items have been damaged intentionally.  We will not be in a position to exchange / offer store credits if the above is conclusive.

Should any of the above occur on inspection of returned goods, we are within our rights to send the item back to you and decline your return request - however you will need to pay for 2nd postage in order to get the item back.  We will send you a link via email for you to make payment for postage.

Delivery Policy

We use Evri Tracked service & Royal Mail for the majority for our parcels.  You may be required to sign on delivery.  If you are not in to sign for - you will have to either rearrange another delivery or collect from your nearest depot (ID is required) We are not responsible for any additional delivery charges. Please note that you are responsible for the collection / rearranging of delivery.  If you do collect from your nearest depot, You have SEVEN working days to collect - Royal Mail will leave a red card explaining this along with the collection address.  If you do not collect, the parcel will be discarded.

We are NOT responsible for lost post, post that hasn't been collected from your local post office depot, post with incorrect addresses (due to the fault of the customer).  We will try our best to submit a claim with our supplier if the parcel is lost or delayed - but if the fault is down to the customer (as stated in the list above), we cannot be held responsible.

There are simple steps that can avoid the above:

  • Please double check your delivery address is correct before confirming your purchase.

  • Please include flat numbers if you live in a flat

  • As soon as you receive your dispatch email, try to make sure somebody is in to sign within 1-3 working days from then.

  • If nobody is available to sign - keep an eye out for a little red card your post man will leave. (Please note this is UK only - international customers will have to check with their local postal services' processes.) If you have a family member who takes post - ask if they are familiar with seeing a red card.

  • Collect within the stated time on the Red Card or click on the website link to rearrange a delivery attempt.

If you still haven't received your item, no card left etc - please email us ASAP as we can only submit a claim within 3 weeks of the dispatch date.  After this time, all claims will be declined by Royal Mail and we will not be able to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

•We post the majority of our international parcels with Royal Mail tracked services. You will be responsible for paying any custom / import charges.  If you do not pay the charges, the courier will return the parcel to us after 7 working days.  Unfortunately, if the parcel is returned to us for unpaid charges, You will not be refunded for original delivery costs.  If you  do have any queries regarding custom charges, please check your local post services guide.  

•we do provide an estimated delivery time, as we closely monitor overseas deliveries before posting.  But we cannot guarantee a certain date due to flight / boat delays, hold up in customs etc.  please bare in mind it may take longer to receive a parcel that is coming from overseas. 

Website access

1.12 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

Use of website

1.13 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.14 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

1.15 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.16 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Visitor provided material

1.17 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

1.18 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:

(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;

(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.

1.19 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.

1.20 Throughout this website you may find links to third party websites. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse that website. If you visit any website via a link on this website you do so at your own risk.

1.21 Any party wishing to link to this website is entitled to do so provided that the conditions below are observed:

(a) you do not seek to imply that we are endorsing the services or products of another party unless this has been agreed with us in writing;

(b) you do not misrepresent your relationship with this website; and

(c) the website from which you link to this website does not contain offensive or otherwise controversial content or, content that infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.

1.22 By linking to this website in breach of clause 1.10 you shall indemnify us for any loss or damage suffered to this website as a result of such linking.

1.23 Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.

1.24 All material contained on this website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on this website at your own discretion.

1.25 Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure information is accurate in our product descriptions, errors may apply.  We strongly recommend you email info@lovewildrose.com should you have any questions before purchasing, as we have a non refundable policy on a majority of our items.

Exclusion of liability

1.26 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

1.27 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
