DELIVERY INFORMATION
Handmade items have a 7-14 day turnaround time before posting, UNLESS stated otherwise. If you are unsure please confirm with us before your purchase.
We aim to dispatch your ready made orders within 48 hours. Please note any orders placed after 12pm on Friday may be processed on the following working day (we are closed over weekends and Bank Holidays).
UK DELIVERY:
Our main delivery service is Royal Mail for UK post. However we occasionally use other couriers if Royal Mail are experiencing unexpected disruptions or delays. For the majority of orders we use:
1st Class: 1-3 working day delivery (you may be required to sign for your parcel) £4.50
2nd Class: 3-5 working day delivery (you may be required to sign for your parcel) £3.99
Special delivery: guaranteed next day delivery (you may be required to sign for your parcel) £8.95 please note, you will need to make us aware if you require special delivery. We will send you a payment link for the additional postage cost.
If Royal Mail are experiencing delays, we use Evri. Tracking for Evri Parcels will be provided on dispatch emails and available to track if you sign up for an account with us.
IRELAND DELIVERY:
Royal Airmail Tracked: 5-7 working day delivery (you may be required to sign for your parcel) £10.00.
IMPORTANT UPDATE - Due to recent changes with Ireland Import Tax, you will be responsible to pay for all custom charges / import tax. If you do not pay the custom charges, anpost will return the parcel to us and at times this can be a lengthy wait. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the cost of the original delivery should this happen. For more information on Ireland Customs Charges, please visit Anposts website.
REST OF THE WORLD
Royal Airmail Tracked and Signed: Est 10 working day delivery (you may be required to sign for your parcel) £15.00 - Tracking is available upon request, please pop us a message and we will be more than happy to provide you with your tracking number.
Need your parcel sooner? We can offer EXPRESS (2-3 working day) international delivery. Prices vary depending on weight and size of items, please contact us for a quote! Please note, you will be responsible for paying all custom charges on your parcel.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
